Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

If you are not happy with your Ice Bath within the first 30 days you can request a full refund. We will do our best to resolve any potential issues either over the phone or with a site visit before hand. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your Ice Bath must not be damaged and in the same condition that you received it.

The Ice Bath Co. will arrange for collection of your Ice Bath at our cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
